Why should I use a travel advisor instead of booking it myself?
Group travel carries a level of complexity that adds up fast: flights, accommodations, individual preferences, payments, last-minute changes. I manage all of it, negotiate rates on your behalf, and stay the single point of contact so your team can focus on the retreat itself, not the logistics behind it. One note: I'm able to manage and advocate for anything booked through me directly.
Do you charge a planning fee?
For group travel, a single planning fee is billed to the corporate sponsor or organizer, covering coordination, communication, and customization for the entire group. Your individual travelers won't see a separate cost or any surprise fees.
Can you help us get group discounts or special perks?
Yes. Through industry partnerships and preferred suppliers, I have access to group rates, complimentary rooms, upgrades, resort credits, and early check-in or late check-out that most groups can't secure booking independently.
What types of group travel do you handle?
Corporate retreats, incentive travel, multigenerational family trips, destination weddings, milestone celebrations, and special-interest trips like culinary tours or photography safaris. Every one of them is built custom. No two have ever looked the same.
Do you manage payments and communication for everyone in the group?
Yes. I can set up individual payment plans, handle invoicing, send travel updates, and serve as the point of contact for each traveler, so your organizer isn't fielding forty individual questions.
Can you customize the experience for different interests in the group?
Yes. I build in flexibility so the itinerary works whether someone wants to golf, dive, or simply read by the pool. Each traveler can be treated as an individual and as part of the group at once.
